17.3 hand Thoroughbred/ Shire 7 yr old (Premarin foal, no papers; origin: Ontario, Canada) dressage/ driving prospect. Bright bay with plenty of chrome. He ties, crossties, clips, bathes, longes, free longes, ponies, works beautifully (walk, trot) on long reins, saddles, bridles, sacks out, etc. Currently being refreshed on trailering (has trailered safely and calmly). An easy keeper--maintains weight easily. No bad habits. currently pasture-kept. Has had several years of on-the-ground training; handles on ground and in ring beautifully. Has perfect ground manners (too big not to!), very intelligent, even minded, not spooky. Broke under saddle: walks, trots, canters. Would make an excellent dressage horse (great action, natural drive, collection at trot/ canter) and low jumper/ eventing horse. For intermediate and above riders only. Has had only one owner (myself) and is fully sound with no history of lameness or serious illness. Fully up to date on shots, annual exams, etc. Offered for sale with first refusal rights on resale or for full lease (at another facility would be absolutely fine). Sale price: $2,500.00.
