First class horse motel, built as a horse motel with the input of professional transports and owners who haul lots of miles. Inside stalls are safe, clean and easy to clean. Outside pens are made of round pen panels. Stalls are rubber matted with plenty of shavings. Water is by bucket to monitor water intake. RV hook ups offer 30 amp electric and water right next to the barn. Big rigs get in and out easy. Driveway gated for security. Barn has misters for summer temperature control. Each stall has electric outlet in the rafters for fans. Owner on site with over 30 years horse ownership and is experienced in handling stallions, mares, foals and horses of all breeds and temperments. Overnight, short term board, lay up of injured horses. Early arrival for shows, drop off an un-entered horse. Fully disinfected stalls available with prior notice. Any hour arrival is fine just let me know if you plan to be after 10pm. Well behaved dogs welcome but must remain on leash. Other livestock welcome.
